Catt Johnson entered real estate during the 2008 market crash, which was arguably the worst time to start, but also the perfect training ground. As an executive assistant to a top-producing Bay Area agent, she got a front-row seat to a masterclass in resilience, learning that what matters most isn’t just the market. It’s calm under pressure, client-first service, and unwavering integrity.
Over the years, Catt has raised a family, run a Congressional campaign, worked in accounting and operations, and built a life rich in experience, all of which ultimately led her back to the place where it all began: real estate. 

Today, Catt focuses on guiding buyers to communities that match their lifestyle.Whether it’s proximity to top schools, waterfront access, or that indescribable “right fit” feel, she brings local expertise and community connections that make settling in easier and more intentional. For sellers, she’s a powerhouse of presentation, positioning and strategy, combining her eye for design, knowledge of buyer psychology, and digital savvy to make every listing stand out. When it comes to strategy, Catt is relentless in doing her homework. She digs deep into title reports, seller payoffs, and property details long before negotiations begin, arming her clients with every possible advantage.

While she can’t make every client’s wildest dreams come true with the perfect deal, she does clearly outline every option on the table and help her clients weigh the pros and cons of every facet of a deal, giving them the clarity and confidence to choose what’s best for them.

Catt lives in Gig Harbor with her husband, their son, and two dogs named Autumn and JellyBean. She’s active in her church, loves supporting local businesses, and enjoys interior design, graphic design, and the occasional late-night “mom charcuterie” of goldfish and wine.
