I came across Paige and saw some of the YouTube videos she did – I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and knew I wanted to give her a call. When the perfect house popped up on the market in downtown Gig Harbor, I didn't even have an agent at that point, but she was my first choice. One thing led to another and honestly, I didn't even expect to get the place we got because we were just looking to see what the market in Gig Harbor was doing. Working with Paige was wonderful – she was really responsive, informative, and very helpful. Her knowledge of the area and the local real estate market in general was exceptional, and she was always accessible. Her suggestions on how we should go about making the offer really made things a lot easier for us. I've had multiple homes before, and she was outstanding compared to other real estate agents I've worked with. The marketing was on point – everywhere we looked, all the online avenues like Zillow and Redfin, the property was there, so she made sure it was marketed appropriately. What really stood out was her responsiveness – that's probably the most important thing in our eyes. Whether we called or texted her early in the morning or late in the evening, she was always available. She works with a reliable team, and that extra support made a real impact. From listing to under contract took just about a month, which reflects how well she managed the entire process. Paige would be our first option if we buy or sell again in the Gig Harbor area. She's a wonderful real estate marketer – the staging, photography, video, and audio were all so well done that we didn't recognize our own house! Her recommendations were spot-on for preparing our home for sale: the landscaper did a great job with basic yard cleanup, her stagers transformed our home working around our furniture, and she connected us with reliable companies for attic remediation and crawl space work. Here's a funny one – when we needed to be out during showings and had nowhere to take our dog, they actually babysat her in their office! Paige is very responsive and did her absolute best to sell our home in Gig Harbor. We ended up dealing with some particularly difficult buyers (more their agent than them), but Paige navigated it well. There were a few scheduling errors along the way, and Paige made up for those with dinner gift certificates and a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture.
