I've lived in Gig Harbor for 48 years and as a retired district court judge, it mattered that they truly knew the area. They’ve sold many homes in recent years and are very familiar with the Cromwell real estate area where I lived. They were positive, authentic, and easy to connect with, and I didn’t feel the need to meet with anyone else after our first conversation. Communication stayed strong throughout the process. Michelle was always responsive to emails, texts, or phone calls. Their approach was to present the home well by coordinating repairs and improvements that would help attract home buyers. They had a list of reliable electricians, plumbers, and other specialists who were available quickly, which saved me the trouble of tracking people down. Though we worked the transaction with one of her agents, Kelsey, Paige took time out of her busy schedule to personally lead us through a full day’s tour of the Gig Harbor area. As we toured multiple homes, she was able to give us a ton of local inside knowledge, since she’s so deeply connected with the local community. When it came time to transition to the transactional side of things, she was refreshingly straightforward and professional, which we genuinely appreciated. We were also able to leverage the “weight” of her agency in Gig Harbor to swiftly and efficiently move through the whole offer/inspection/escrow phases without any surprises or snags. My wife and I are typically turned off by the usual real-estate sales environment, but Paige was refreshingly direct and honest. The only comment I have is that we were led mostly towards properties that Neighborhood Experts is representing for sale, so if you have interest in homes outside of their network please add them to your search. To be clear, there was zero pushback by going “out-of-network,” and we ended up closing on a property represented by another agency… all cleanly and professionally done. Paige is extremely outgoing and marketing-savvy, but she knew when to switch gears and focus on business. I can’t over-emphasize how connected Paige is with the local community and all of the peninsula real estate agencies. This made the entire process happen a step faster and with greater clarity than had we gone with a competing agency. We would absolutely work with Neighborhood Experts again and recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area."
