I’m Claudia Bravo a real estate enthusiast and Real Estate Agent. I thrive on the creativity real estate entails, while also loving the structure and detail each transaction requires. My goal is to expand my clients’ abilities to see real estate in a new way, beyond what is simply in front of their eyes. As a real estate investor, I lead with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Real estate became one of my passions when my husband and I purchased our first rental property, and successfully turned our past homes into income properties. My passion for real estate is twofold. It’s part of my professional and personal life.

When I’m not working , raising our two children is one of my greatest joys. Our family is rooted in truth and building a life that's well lived. I believe in thoughtful simplicity, consistency, and celebrating both the big and the small. I am passionate about the power of real estate, the details of design, making a house a home, and how a home nurtures relationships with family and friends.

I take pride in providing a dynamic high-end experience across all price points and property types. I aim to empower my clients in their real estate choices. I find solutions, and therefore ensure the experience of buying or selling is as seamless as possible.

Education: Bachelor of Arts Public Relations, Minor in and Web Technologies and Applications from California State University, Long Beach; Associate of Arts and Sciences, Interior Design from Clover Park Technical College.
