Meet Lynn MacGougan

For Lynn MacGougan, real estate has always been more than a career — it’s a way to make
someone’s homeownership dreams feel doable. With more than 20 years and 800 transactions
under her belt, she’s helped buyers and sellers navigate the Pacific Northwest market with
candor, compassion, and one hell of a negotiation strategy (she’s a Master Certified Negotiation
Expert, after all).

Lynn specializes in waterfront and view properties throughout Gig Harbor and beyond and holds
one of the area’s rare Middle Housing Certificates, giving her unique expertise in how new
zoning laws can affect property values and development potential. She helps clients understand
what types of housing may be allowed on specific lots, and how to strategically position a
property based on those changing regulations.

In addition to her Managing Broker license, Lynn is a Realtor and member of TPCAR and also
holds the GRI and ePro designations, plus a staging certification — credentials that equip her
with advanced tools for marketing, client education, and digital strategy in a competitive market.

Before becoming a Realtor, Lynn spent years at Nordstrom perfecting the art of high-touch
customer care and several years living abroad in Yokohama, Japan and Santiago, Chile, an
experience that deeply shaped her worldview and perspective.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Lynn with her hands in the dirt in her garden, on a morning
5K walk with Toby (her life partner), or curled up next to the firepit with a refreshing beverage.
