Paige Schulte, founder of Neighborhood Experts, host of the Master Your Real Estate Marketing podcast, and author of two books on Gig Harbor, has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and is the #1 Real Estate Agent in Gig Harbor.
 
After graduating from UC Davis, she led the marketing playbook for the WNBA and NBA, where she helped sell out games. Paige eventually parlayed her business and marketing expertise into starting her first company, an organization supporting over 170 local public schools with after-school programs.
 
She started her real estate career after her family made the move from California to Gig Harbor, Washington. She didn’t know a soul. She didn’t know a thing about real estate. And she didn’t let that stop her. Instead, Paige used her entrepreneurial skills to grow her real estate business to more than $160 million in production (not a typo) in her first five years.
 
Today, she’s the #1 agent in her market. She’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Mercury News, Inman, and Tacoma News Tribune, among others.
